Founded in 2003 by Michael D'Agostino and Sean D'Agostino.

Based in Bradenton, Florida, we specialize in civil construction and public infrastructure — concrete flatwork, curb and gutter, sidewalks, medians, roundabouts, and underground utility installation including storm drainage, water, and sewer systems. Our work runs deep, literally and figuratively, and it’s built to last.

We’ve been proud partners of local municipalities and government agencies across the Gulf Coast for over 20 years, delivering projects that meet DOT standards and stand up to the Florida elements. As State Certified General Contractors, we hold Florida GC and CUC licenses alongside extensive DOT contract experience — the full credentials to handle complex public infrastructure work from the ground up, and underground.

But what really sets us apart isn’t on a license — it’s the way we work. C-Squared has always operated like a family business, because it is one. That means accountability, straight communication, and a crew that shows up and gets it done right.

Michael and Sean have each called the Gulf Coast home for 37 years. They’ve watched this region grow, change, and rebuild — and they’ve had a hand in shaping a good bit of it. When they founded C-Squared in 2003, the goal was simple: build a company that does quality civil work, treats people right, and takes pride in the communities it serves.

More than two decades later, that’s still exactly what they do.

Together, they bring a combined depth of experience in road construction, underground utilities, and public infrastructure that’s hard to match in this market. They’re hands-on, they know their trade inside and out, and they’ve built a team that reflects the same values they started with.
